1. These terms
By placing an order with Altera Home you agree to these terms. We may update them; the version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
2. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. If we cannot fulfil an order — a pricing error, a stock error, or an address we cannot ship to — we will tell you and refund you in full.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in United States dollars and include no sales tax unless stated at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order. Your card statement may show our billing name rather than the product name.
4. Delivery and risk
Risk passes to you on delivery. Our delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not liable for a carrier delay outside our control — though we will always help chase it.
5. Returns
Our returns policy sits alongside, and does not reduce, your statutory rights.
6. Use of the products
Our goods are general household and cosmetic products for home use. They are not supplements, not ingestible, and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent anything. Follow the care and safety guidance on the packaging and on this site.
7. Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
