Shipping & delivery

Where we ship

We ship to all fifty United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally.

How long it takes

Dispatch: within two business days of your order.
Standard delivery: three to five business days after dispatch.
Free carriage: automatically applied on orders over $75.

Packing

Glass is packed in moulded paper pulp inside a corrugated carton. Everything in the box is recyclable kerbside, and none of it is plastic.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as the label is generated. If the tracking has not moved after three business days, write to us and we will chase the carrier ourselves.

Damage in transit

If a vessel arrives broken, send a photograph to support@alteraonline.store within seven days and we will send a replacement. You do not need to return the broken item.

Your card statement may show the billing name for our store rather than the product name. If a charge looks unfamiliar, please write to us before contacting your bank — it is almost always this, and we can resolve it the same day.
