Privacy policy
What we collect
When you order we collect your name, delivery and billing address, email address and phone number. We collect the last four digits and card type of your payment method for reconciliation. We never see or store your full card number — it goes directly to our payment processor.
Why we collect it
- To take payment, pack your order and get it to you.
- To email you about that order — confirmation, dispatch, tracking.
- To answer you when you write to us.
- To meet our tax and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
Only the parties who make the order happen: our payment processor, our delivery carriers, and our accountant. We do not sell customer data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.
Cookies
We use the cookies WooCommerce needs to keep a basket and a checkout session working. If you block them the shop will not function correctly.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years for tax purposes. Correspondence is kept for two years. Anything else is deleted when it stops being useful.
Your rights
Write to support@alteraonline.store to ask for a copy of what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted where we are not required to keep it. We answer within thirty days.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will say so on this page with the date of the change.
